We have a simple, fair and no fuss refunds policy.
Please send us a message through our Contact Us page with your invoice number and reason for refund, and select ‘Refunds’ on the customer contact form.
Refunds may be given (including shipping costs) in response to claims in the following scenarios:
- The product you ordered was not delivered to the delivery address you provided at time of order
- The product was damaged on arrival
- The order you received did not contain all the items you purchased
Please note - shipping fees are non-refundable for items that do not fall into the above 3 scenarios.

Once your returned items have been received, and agreed by our refunds team, you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for your items. This email will include the refund amount for your records.
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your returned item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund. You can check the status of your order that was returned and/or refunded in the Orders tab of your account dashboard.
