You can ask any question and we guarantee you will receive a response within 24 hours. Use the customer contact form available within the customer contact page, and select the appropriate "reason".

Take advantage of registering an account, and you will get automatic membership of our rewards program. Once registered, you will also have 24/7 access to view your order history, have the ability to cancel orders if you change your mind,and of course change your contact details all in one convenient dashboard

At the sign-in page, click on "forgot your password?", and you will receive an email to reset your password.

In our product pages, we do everything we can to advise which products will best help your needs. Where there is more than one product available, we have placed links to customer review scoring and comments to help you decide. Alternatively, you may use the Contact Us form available within the customer contact page, and select the “Product Enquiry” reason. However, if you need more personalised guidance, and you would like to speak to an Ayurvedic Doctor for more information, the Health and Wellbeing Services page available at minimal cost.

There is no minimum value when placing an order, however free shipping is available for higher value orders. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

There is no maximum value when placing an order, however there is an upper limit of 2kg - 30kg weight for air freight orders, depending on the shipping provider you select at checkout. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Once you have placed your products in your shopping cart, you may select the shipping provider, and pay using your preferred payment method (Credit card or Paypal). Once you have submitted your payment details, you will receive emails, confirming the order, including your order invoice, your Paypal order confirmation (if you used Paypal). Once your order crosses international borders, you will receive tracking information from your chosen shipper.

During checkout of your shopping cart, you will be able to choose your shipping provider, and their charges will be displayed separately. For more information on shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

If you are a subscribed customer, in My Account you will find a list of your current and past orders. There you may cancel current orders for any reason before your order leaves our warehouse for shipment. In that event, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. However, we cannot accommodate cancellation after your order has left our warehouse, and your order will be non-refundable.

Your shipping provider (selected at Checkout) will send you an order tracking link by email or SMS once your order has departed India.

ou can book a medical appointment up to one month in advance. To re-schedule your appointment, you can click the link provided in the appointment confirmation email no later than 48 hours before the appointment time. If you receive an item that is damaged, you can return the item. For more information, please refer to our returns policy

If you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete, or your order did not arrive at your specified address, you can request a refund for the item. For more information, please refer to our refunds policy

Where we have agreements with your local tax agency, we will collect goods or services taxes on their behalf, and you will see the additional tax at checkout and in your emailed order invoice summary.

If you register on My Account, you'll be able to earn points every time you purchase products and services from our store. These points will accumulate indefinitely as you make more purchases. To redeem your points, just click on the "Rewards" button at the bottom left hand side of your screen, and select the percentage discount on your next order.
