Sitopaladi Choornam ( Classical Ayurvedic formulation), Elettaria cardamommum, Bambusa arundinacia, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Honey, Sugar.
Adults: 1 teaspoon 3-4 times a day, Children: 1/2 teaspoon 3-4 times a day after food.
