Returns

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Ayurveda Family - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please send us a message through our Contact Us page with your invoice number and reason for return, and select ‘Returns’ on the customer contact form.

If your returned item satisfies our refund policy, and you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment.

To view the status of your returned order item(s), please view in the Orders tab of your account dashboard.

Terms and conditions for return of products

  • Please ensure that Product is unused.
  • The tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
  • Combos sold won't be taken back/returned as individual units.
  • Unfortunately, items sold during offers or on Sale period are not eligible for returns.
  • All items specified under “no returns category”.

Damaged Item, Wrong Product or Missing Units

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, if possible please take a snapshot of the outer packaging and products, and upload into your account dashboard within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Arrangement for return shipment

Ayurveda Family apologies up front that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the product is damaged or faulty.
